1. Seller Cancellation Rights

As a seller, you may cancel your pickup request at any time prior to device handover and payment completion directly from your dashboard or by notifying our support team. Cancellation is 100% free with zero penalty.

2. Rejection on Doorstep Inspection

If our technician inspects your device and discovers internal board defects or counterfeit components, MobilesKart reserves the right to decline the pickup without any fee to either party.

3. Refurbished Phone Purchases (7-Day Replacement Guarantee)

For certified refurbished phones purchased through MobilesKart, customers enjoy a 7-day hassle-free replacement or full refund window if the device exhibits hardware defects or performance anomalies not covered during grading.
