1. Device Ownership & Legal Declaration
By booking a sell request on MobilesKart, you explicitly declare that you are the sole and lawful owner of the mobile device. You affirm that the device is not stolen, encumbered by financial debt/EMI locks, or subject to any ongoing legal dispute.
2. Mandatory Government Identification
In adherence to Indian telecommunications regulations and fraud prevention guidelines, sellers must provide valid government photo identification (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Voter ID) prior to device handover.
3. Valuation & Physical Inspection
The online quoted price is calculated based upon user inputs. Upon arrival, the MobilesKart field agent conducts an on-site hardware and software diagnostics check. Should undisclosed damage exist, a revised valuation will be presented. The seller maintains full freedom to accept or reject the revised offer with zero cancellation charge.
4. Transfer of Ownership & Finality
Upon disbursement of payment (via UPI confirmation or physical cash receipt) and receipt signing, all title, ownership, and risk in the device transfer permanently to MobilesKart Technologies Pvt Ltd. Completed sales cannot be revoked.
